MEANING OF PROXY IN LAW ?

proxy in any meeting means a person entitled to attend any meeting on the behalf others but proxy has right to vote in meeting. But proxy doesn't has a right to speak in meeting and proxy cannot be the member of the company.

 Thus proxy means

> person entitled to attend a meeting.

> Person doesn't have a right to speak in meeting.
